Format Notice 

    This blog post belongs to the Software Engineering (EE308FZ) Alpha Sprint assignment. The sprint period is Dec 12–Dec 21, 2025, and our team publishes one sprint log every two days (5 logs in total). The detailed requirements are provided on the course assignment page and group announcements.
    This log records what we built, evidence of progress (burndown chart + running screenshots /videos), and evidence of contributions (GitHub commits / PRs).

1. Sprint Goal (Dec 20 ~ Dec 21）

Goal:​

• Carry out the final optimization of the project.

• Regression Testing

• Prepare detailed materials for the final presentation

Focus Areas:​

    Collect the demonstration materials for the main functions and prepare for the presentation.

2. Progress & Deliverable:

    Carried out the final optimization and improvement of the program code during the sprint period. After that, the code was run and the results were verified: All functional modules executed normally without any errors or logical anomalies. Key functions (such as food delivery recognition, vehicle and pedestrian flow recognition) were consistent with the expected results and were in line with manual reviews.

    The running results are recorded as demonstration materials, which are prepared for the presentation. We have simultaneously prepared the presentation script for the upcoming speech based on the project.

3. Burndown Chart:

We use a simplified point-based burndown to track progress. Total sprint workload was initially estimated at 50 points, distributed across core modules and supporting tasks.

The color scheme of the UI interface has not yet been fully perfectly unified

The deployment of the program has not yet been completed

We plan to complete the deployment of the project, improve the UI design, and unify the color scheme and design language of the interface of the main character in the coming period.
