在调用black-forest-labs/FLUX.1-dev模型生成图片时，出现报错信息如下：
403 Forbidden: Please enable access to public gated repositories in your fine-grained token settings
初步排查是因为账号权限不够，在https://huggingface.co/settings/tokens,打开配置界面
打开配置界面：
打开Read access to contents of all public gated repos you can access 这一项的权限，保存退出。
