使用cv2.imencode保存图像时，默认会以LZW格式压缩图像，图像质量受损。采用如下方式，可以不压缩地保存图像。

# 打开图像时质量不受损，-1表示以原格式打开
image = cv2.imdecode(np.fromfile(path, dtype=np.uint16), -1)
# 保存图像时质量不受损，[cv2.IMWRITE_TIFF_COMPRESSION, 1]，1表示不压缩
cv2.imencode('.tif', image, [cv2.IMWRITE_TIFF_COMPRESSION, 1])[1].tofile('test.tif')

对于其他格式的图像，也可以不压缩地保存图像，代码如下：
