3. PM REPORT

3.1 Completed Work

We have finalized task planning and distribution, setting the core directions for UI enhancement and backend stability. The UI team has unified the visual style of the homepage and optimized navigation responsiveness. The backend team has fixed all high-priority bugs and improved key API performance. Initial integration and testing have been completed, and team collaboration mechanisms, including Git workflows and code reviews, have been firmly established.

3.2 Remaining Work

We need to proceed with Beta version testing to collect user feedback and further optimize based on the results. Performance and stability of core interfaces require continued enhancement. Final improvements, project documentation, and a summary of the Beta phase must be completed. Additionally, search and sort functions for the community need implementation, alongside further refinements to the frontend user experience and backend API response speeds.
