摘要

随着数字化技术的快速发展，美术馆作为文化艺术传播的重要载体，亟需高效、智能的管理系统来优化藏品展示、观众服务及内部运营。传统美术馆管理多依赖人工操作，存在信息更新滞后、数据管理混乱等问题，难以满足现代美术馆的多样化需求。美术馆管理系统的开发旨在解决这些问题，通过信息化手段提升管理效率，改善用户体验，同时为学术研究和文化传播提供数据支持。关键词：美术馆管理、数字化、信息化、效率提升、用户体验。

数据表设计

艺术藏品数据表

艺术藏品数据表存储美术馆内所有藏品的详细信息，包括名称、作者、年代等属性。藏品编号是该表的主键，创建时间由系统自动生成，确保数据记录的准确性。结构表如表3-1所示。

展览活动数据表

展览活动数据表记录美术馆举办的各类展览信息，包括展览名称、时间、参与藏品等。展览编号为主键，状态字段标记展览的当前进展。结构表如表3-2所示。

会员信息数据表

会员信息数据表存储注册会员的个人资料及会员等级，会员编号为主键，注册时间由系统自动记录。结构表如表3-3所示。
