随着高校和企业规模的不断扩大，宿舍管理成为后勤工作中的重要环节。传统的人工管理方式效率低下，容易出现信息错漏，难以满足现代化管理的需求。信息化管理系统的引入能够有效提升宿舍分配、费用核算、设备维护等工作的效率，同时减少人为错误。企业级宿舍管理系统通过数字化手段实现宿舍资源的优化配置，提升管理透明度，降低运营成本。该系统适用于高校、企业园区等场景，能够解决住宿人员信息混乱、入住流程繁琐、数据统计滞后等问题。关键词：宿舍管理、信息化、资源优化、数字化、运营成本。
