随着城市化进程的加快和人口流动性的增强，传统租房市场面临信息不透明、中介费用高昂、交易效率低下等问题。租户和房东之间的直接沟通渠道匮乏，导致租房过程繁琐且成本增加。近年来，移动互联网和社交平台的普及为租房市场提供了新的解决方案，尤其是微信小程序的便捷性使其成为租房信息发布的理想平台。无中介租房模式能够有效降低交易成本，提高信息匹配效率，但现有系统在安全性、数据管理和用户体验方面仍有提升空间。本系统旨在构建一个高效、透明、安全的无中介租房平台，帮助用户快速完成租房需求匹配，减少中间环节，优化租赁市场生态。关键词：无中介租房、SpringBoot、微信小程序、MySQL、MyBatis。

本系统采用SpringBoot作为后端框架，结合微信小程序实现跨平台应用，确保系统的稳定性和可扩展性。后端数据存储采用MySQL数据库，结合MyBatis实现数据持久化，提高数据操作效率。系统功能主要包括用户认证、房源发布、在线沟通、订单管理、支付功能及评价系统。用户可通过微信小程序快速注册并发布房源信息，租户可基于地理位置筛选房源，并通过内置聊天功能直接联系房东。系统采用JWT进行身份验证，保障用户数据安全，同时集成第三方支付接口，支持在线签约和租金支付。此外，系统提供信用评价机制，促进租赁双方建立信任关系，优化整体用户体验。关键词：房源管理、在线支付、信用评价、JWT、地理位置搜索。
