• 第二句：我们都知道：学到的东西不回顾的话就会逐渐忘却，而在学期中经常的回顾就可以阻止这件事情的发生。
• 第三句：除了防止遗忘外，复习还有助于对知识点更深刻，进一步的理解。
• 第四句：对比之下，考前突击的复习虽然也能让你通过考试，但是很容易考完之后就忘记，而且不利于对知识系统的掌握
• 第五句：所以我还是觉得在学期中规律的复习更好一点

From my perspective, it’s far more beneficial to regularly review the notes. Because it helps to build long-term memory.

As we all know, if we don’t review the knowledge we have learnt, we will forget them gradually. While the spaced repetition reviewing can fight against with this trend and keep knowledge stay in our brain. Besides this effect, regular reviewing can sometimes help us gain a deeper insight into the topics. In contrast, cram for an exam can let you remember things temporarily, but it can’t help you build a systematic command of subjects, and it’s very possible to forget them right after the exam.
