jupyterLab 3.0 发布后说是可以支持中文，但是

pip install jupyterlab-language-pack-zh-CN

报异常：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement jupyterlab-language-pack-zh-CN (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for jupyterlab-language-pack-zh-CN

找不到正确的版本。

原因：官方的语言包还没有发布！

怎么解决？ 换个源

pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple pip -U
pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
pip install jupyterlab-language-pack-zh-CN

就可以安装成功。

如果安装失败，那就是tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn 源里的安装包也没了。怎么办？

把“轮子”下载到本地，再装！
