这是因为cudnn发生了冲突。(系统本身就有，然后pip的时候又安装了)

进入到虚拟环境后pip list发现关于torch的（后面有cu118)：

卸载掉有cu118的pip uninstall torch torchaudio torchvision (之前安装的时候使用的是命令：pip install torch==2.0.0 torchvision==0.15.1 torchaudio==2.0.1 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118)

然后安装无cu的： pip install torch torchvision -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

 就解决了。
