could not find "vswhere"

在这里我的程序是vs2015

解决策略

我尝试了两个方法：

添加系统环境变量:
安装VS支持工具
https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48159
安装vswhere
https://github.com/Microsoft/vswhere/releases
我直接放在了C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0下
