按如下步骤操作：

        1.进入cmd界面：

                （方式1） Windows7、10等通用的方法。

                  按快捷键“Win+R”（有的按键没有标注Win，那么 Win就是 键盘上的 windows正方形图标，如图2所示 ），在搜索框中 输入cmd 命令，点击确定，如图1。

                （方式2）针对于Windows 10系统 用鼠标点击屏幕下方搜索框，输入cmd，选择命令提示符。

2.在弹出界面中输入命令 “wmic” ，并按回车。

3.在弹出界面中输入命令 “memorychip” ，并按回车。之后就可以查看到电脑的内存型号。
