ERROR(SPMHA1-161):Cannot open the design because of database problems.Run the dbdoctor command the design and try to open again.
当用allegro打开pcb出现这个错误的原因有可能能有两点：
1.被打开的文件保存路径下有中文
2. 如果第一条解决不了，用DB Doctor诊断下
