甘蔗收割单靠人工来完成甘蔗的收割工作量是很大的,既费时又费力而且收割的效果也不好。目前,市场甘蔗收割传送剥叶的机器,多为价格比较昂贵的大型农业联合收割用设备。本次的设计主要针对甘蔗收割传送剥叶切断机,在查阅了大量相关文献资料的基础上,在先有的市场上进行了优化和改进设计,适用于甘蔗生产和人们的生活中以及农民个体生产及一些小型工厂的农业联合用于生和收割的机械。经过实际参数的设置和需求,符合理论计算,进行甘蔗收割传送剥叶切断机相对应的数据校核,设计优化一种甘蔗收割传送剥叶切断机,这种甘蔗收割传送剥叶切断机可以收割削多种,在市场上可以实现一机多用的作用。该甘蔗收割传送剥叶切断机主要由收割锟传动传送、剥叶装置、及电动机组成,其实际的工作原理,是利用挂果类的自由落体的作用实现自动收割,通过机械手的旋转将下料斗中的进行旋转成相对好收割的位置,再通过输送辊传动传送至收割到下面,在输送辊传动运动的过程中根据调节的收割削长度来实现收割削,最后成品由出料口出料。这样的设备实现了能够实现连续收割以及实现出料,收割数量收割到大小可调的功能,具有实现对多种收割削生产率高、工作功耗低、操作安全可靠、能够保证的收割质量好等优点。

本文对甘草收获机的动力、传动、行走及功能转换机构进行了整体的理论研究。分析国内外的各种型号收获机的使用与现状,提出自己的设计方案,并对其中的关键部位进行了设计计算,主要包括锥带轮、传动机构和动力输入的传动轴的设计,保证了机构运行的可靠性。

Abstract

In sugarcane harvesting, the workload of sugarcane harvesting by manual work alone is very large, which is time-consuming and laborious, and the harvest effect is not good. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents and materials, the design has been optimized and improved in the existing market. It is suitable for sugarcane production and people's life, as well as farmers' individual production and agricultural combination of some small factories. After the setting and demand of actual parameters, in line with the theoretical calculation, check the data corresponding to the sugarcane harvesting, conveying and leaf stripping machine, and design and optimize a sugarcane harvesting, conveying and leaf stripping machine. This sugarcane harvesting, conveying and leaf stripping machine can harvest and cut many kinds, and can realize the function of one machine with multiple functions in the market. The sugarcane harvesting, conveying and leaf stripping machine is mainly composed of harvesting, roller transmission, leaf stripping device and motor. Its actual working principle is to realize automatic harvesting by using the free falling body of hanging fruit, rotate the in the lower hopper into a relatively good harvesting position through the rotation of the manipulator, and then transmit it to the lower part of harvesting through the transmission roller transmission, During the transmission of the roller, the cutting is realized according to the adjusted cutting length, and the final finished product is discharged from the discharge port. This kind of equipment realizes the functions of continuous harvesting and adjustable discharge, harvesting quantity and harvesting size. It has the advantages of high productivity, low power consumption, safe and reliable operation, good harvesting quality and so on.

This paper makes an overall theoretical study on the power, transmission, walking and function conversion mechanism of licorice harvester. This paper analyzes the use and current situation of various types of harvesters at home and abroad, puts forward its own design scheme, and designs and calculates the key parts, mainly including the design of cone pulley, transmission mechanism and transmission shaft of power input, so as to ensure the reliability of mechanism operation.
